Ralph Seymour |

| Appointed Chief Executive in 2003 and responsible for the overall management of the Company, incorporating Business Development, Strategy and Planning and the Company’s three directorates. He launched his career as a pilot in the RAF before joining Norwich Union to train as an Actuary. Ralph joined Scottish Provident in 1992 spending 4 years as Chief Executive of their Greek operation. In 1998 he became Scottish Provident’s Head of UK Operations. When Scottish Provident was acquired by Abbey National in 2001, Ralph was appointed IT Director for the combined life businesses. |

He leads the boards of directors and senior managers, and is responsible for ensuring that Graduate Prospects and HECSU achieve both their business goals and charitable objectives. Mike works closely with HECSU's and Graduate Prospects’ stakeholders, including professional advisers and partners at the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS).
A law graduate from Manchester University, Mike Hill started his career at Greater Manchester Council's Trading Standards Department. From there, Mike held a variety of positions as both a journalist and subsequently publisher and, in 1999, following studying for an MBA at MMU, joined the Manchester Evening News to help develop its special publications and online activities. Mike joined HECSU as chief executive in February 2000. |

| Anthony McClaran, Chief Executive of UCAS, joined the Admissions Service in 1995 as Head of the Academic Services and Development and was appointed Deputy Chief Executive a year later. He became Acting Chief Executive in January 2003 and was appointed Chief Executive in December. A graduate in English and American Literature from the University of Kent, Anthony began his career at the University of Warwick where, among other posts, he was Admissions Officer. In 1992 he moved to the University of Hull to take up the post of Academic Registrar, with responsibility for an office which included recruitment, admissions, student records, international affairs and the internal allocation of resources. In 1995 he was appointed Acting Registrar and Secretary. |
